Bereavement Support and Grief Counseling

UltimatePlus Hospice is here to serve the family members of our terminally ill patients. In the event of a loved one’s death, we are here to offer bereavement support to the entire family and everyone affected by his or her passing. The death of a family member or a friend can take a physical, emotional, and spiritual toll on a person and for a time, keep him or her from moving on.

We are committed to providing grief counseling services to our patients’ loved ones, making sure they’re able to deal with their grief, learn to accept it, and eventually find peace in their situation. We want family members to be able to move on and live their lives to the fullest without being held back by the past.
